1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppShelf ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AppShelf is a curated directory for indie app developers to list and promote their applications. Developers may submit apps for review, and users may browse, rate, and discover listed apps.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

4. App Submissions

Developers who submit apps warrant that they own or have the right to publish the submitted content. AppShelf reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion. Submissions that are misleading, harmful, or violate third-party rights will be removed.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The free plan allows one (1) app listing. Additional listings require a paid subscription at $0.99 USD per app per month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading content; (b) use the Platform for illegal purposes; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; (d) harass other users or developers.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and trademarks are the property of AppShelf. Developer-submitted content remains the property of the respective developer. By submitting, you grant AppShelf a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AppShelf does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Platform at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppShelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
